Support Staff
Rachel Casel
I have dedicated my career to nurturing and empowering children. I worked in family advocacy and social services in Romania, spent my internship focusing on community development in Mexico, and have over 15 years of experience in childcare. I studied theology at the Institute for Global Outreach Developments and have a certificate in leadership & collaboration from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.
I’m married to a musician, and we spend most of our free time eating good food or thinking about what we want to eat next. I also like to sing in the car, and I wish every day was a beach day.
I believe that holistic education and meaningful relationships are key to building a more equitable and durable future, so that’s why I’m happy to support WEM in modelling the Montessori method.
