Dr. Maria Montessori believed that secondary education should focus far more than it has historically in public schools on meeting the individual needs and characteristics of you adolescents by providing them the physical environment, and a healthy community based experience to greater insure success within their generation.

A healthy community assists students in successfully navigating an extremely transformative developmental phase of their young lives.  A healthy community that deeply engages the young mind, a community where it is safe to experience social, emotional and physical growth without fear; a community where students can positively explore both who they are and how they’ll contribute back to the community for the greater good.

Academically rich and rigorous, students begin the process of preparing themselves for the experiences and challenges of higher level learning.  The Montessori Middle School curriculum provides a broad-based education in Humanities, Sciences, Mathematics, Language Arts, Foreign Language, Art and Technology.  To see an overview of the full Middle School curriculum outline please CLICK HERE.

Albert Einstein

Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.
